Few (of a certain
age) have not heard of the story of Bob Champion and Aldaniti...
one bravely battling cancer and the other being written off,
both making a remarkable comeback to inspire the nation in one
of the best loved fairytale endings in the history of the Grand
National. Now I know little about horses and even less about
those racing but even I knew not only the inspirational rider
and even the horse's name - so that's going some for a female
who interests are not extended to watching many sporting events.
But what I do know is our men need us... given the opportunity
many men wouldn't even register with a doctor let alone go unless
nagged when they finally let on they have a problem and if it's
likely to cause them embarrassment your chances of getting to
know about it are even less slim! Great strides are being taken
to help people with this condition and although I can't personally
be affected both friends and family already have been. So dig
deep and help this great charity beat the odds for the rest of
